Anne Waiguru has no reason BOOTLICKING Uhuru Kenyatta's Constitution Breach

I am one of the disappointed Kenyans. It seems the cabinet secretaries are being bullied by the president. They can no longer think on their own. Whatever the president says, they support and support it dearly.It is time we do away with the cabinet secretaries post so that the president can make his own decisions and be the cabinet secretary for everything. Anne Waiguru is now defending President Uhuru Kenyatta's move to delegate powers to county commissioners because she has to do that, if she cant come out and defend the move, she may be fired or accused of not being loyal to her boss- her employer.
    Many critics condemned the cabinet secretary foreign affairs on the role she played in fighting ICC. Many Kenyans were asking wether she was given that Job to be used as a weapon to fight ICC. Now it is Anne Waiguru's time to defend Uhuru's move to delegate powers to County commissioners amid condemnation from opposition and governors who are crying foul and terming the move as unconstitutional and high level of impunity. Lets hope the Cabinet secretaries will start thinking on their own and supporting real issues instead of boot licking and even supporting wrong decisions with aim of pleasing their master .
