President Uhuru wants companies he called Scams when he was Finance Minister Paid 1.4 Billion

On Thursday, President Uhuru authorized Finance Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich to pay 1.4 Billion to First Mercantile securities and Universal Sat Space. The two companies took the country to court in London and Geneva citinf breach of Contract. When Uhuru Kenyatta was finance minister, he had condemned the two companies calling them a scam  that represents " Impunity and recklessness " . What has made him change his mind and order that they be paid 1.4 Billion yet he knows that the faceless companies are a scam that represents impunity and recklessness as he had claimed when he was Finance Minister ?
    Does our president have a stand? He is now claiming that Kenya musty be seen as a country that respects the courts both locally and internationally. He insists that we must pay the money to save our skin. President Uhuru cemented his argument by saying that the AG must wake up to prevent other companies suing Kenya and demanding for compensation. The president is blaming the AG who was not able to prevent such an eventuality. " We are issuing a 132 Billion Euro-Bond  and if we cant pay the 1.4 Billion, things will be tough for us, Insisted the president " . We must honor international
