Raila condemned the court Ruling that nullified Kidero's election stating that evens Kidero was legitimately elected as Nairobi governor . The court nullified the election on grounds that Waititu was not given a fair hearing. Raila said that was wrong insisting that all ODM governors, senators and MPs were legitimately elected by the people. When asked whether he will support Kidero, Raila said " I am Just defending ODM as a party not Kidero the individual . So those claiming that Raila is supporting Kidero must know that "Raila is now in the crossroads since his issue has brought division withing ODM party. " Nobody wants Kidero, not even the Jubilee Stooges he has been working with" " All of them have deserted him, he is now at the crossroads "
