President Uhuru seriously Breaching and undermining the constitution ?

      They say Choices have consequences and however said this was very right. President Uhuru Kenyatta is a president who happens to be a walking contradiction. A lot has happened under his less than Two year Rule. Right now if you look at Kenya it is like it has no leadership. The looming insecurity is chasing away investors and even tourists are fleeing the country because of travel advisories.
     The cost of living is also very high and the opposition seems not to care. We have a weak opposition. Kenyans are being stabbed from both sides. If you cant be bombed, you may die due to hunger and starvation- inability to afford basic commodities. The CORD opposition has accused the President of Seriously breaching and undermining the constitution when he ordered that scams and faceless companies be paid 1.4 Billion in the name of respecting international obligations. The CORD opposition has also protested at the president's decision to delegate executive powers to county commissioners. President Uhuru is breaking the law with impunity and all Kenyans must condemn this. As we speak, the opposition is headed to the courts to oppose the move. The LSK has also rushed to court to stop the payments.
